Old School RuneScape is a very old classic which still manages to hold up to this day. The game has been receiving new content and updates for the past 20 years, and that is not going to stop anytime soon. The game recently released on Steam too, which has brought in a decent amount of new players. Now, OSRS is for a very specific type of person. If you enjoy cutting wood for 12, real life hours a day, for several weeks, then this game is for you. One of the most time consuming part of this game is fully levelling up one of the 23 skills to level 99 which can literally take months, if not years (based on which methods you). Not only will this game take up all your free time, but you may also have fun with it. There are 128 free-to-play quests, and 119 pay-to-pay quests, with many more being added in each content update. However, my one issue with OSRS is that while it is free-to-play, it is not 100% free. In order to access the entire game you need to pay a monthly membership of $11.99 CAD. Very worth it in my opinion, but not everyone wants to pay $12 a month to cut a rainforests amount of trees every couple of weeks. Overall, Old School RuneScape gets a decent 8/10.
